Section 77
Must observe the conduct according to his service and position
(1) Every employee should also observe the conduct appropriate to his service or position.
(2) If an employee does not comply with the time, if he does not obey the orders given by his superiors in matters related to government work, or if he is careless or late in office work, the relevant supervisor may issue a warning to such employee and the record shall be kept in the personal details file of the relevant employee.
